What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Replenishment Worker position at The HR Team?
The Warehouse Replenishment Worker is responsible for ensuring that inventory levels in the picking and storage areas are consistently maintained to support efficient order fulfillment. This role involves locating, retrieving, and stocking products.
This is full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
The rate of pay is $16.00 per hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (is not limited too)
- Retrieve stock from storage areas and replenish picking locations according to supervisor instructions.
- Use pallet jacks (manual, electric, or rider) to transport products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and stored in their designated locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly, ensuring no damage to products or infrastructure.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
- Report any observed issues, such as damaged goods or equipment malfunctions, to the supervisor
promptly. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including assisting in receiving, picking, or
packing when necessary. - Collect and dispose of all garbage, shrink wrap, and cardboard in assigned areas daily.

Education and Experience Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or replenishment experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of kosher standards (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Ability to operate pallet jacks (manual, electric, or rider).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
