What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Director position at The HT Group?
The HT Group is partnering with a client in the Niles area and have an exciting opportunity for a SR HR Consultant to assist is taking the HR function to the next level. This is a 2-to-4-month contract need, with the opportunity to go permanent if it is the right fit.
- Responsibilities:
- HR onboarding, training, retention
- Work with Supervisors and Managers in the organization on training, employee reviews, and improving the employee experience
- Identify and build a plan for Strategy on how HR can listen to the business needs and execute
- HRIS buildout System currently in place, but will need to build out automation and reports
- Compensation Assist with PayScale, bonus and career path
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Initiatives:
- Recruiting and Talent Management both in professional and hourly employees.
- Training and onboarding , improve employee engagement and retention.
- Assist with any new Acquisitions and onboarding
