The HT Group is hiring an HR / Payroll Clerk for a client in Beaumont, TX. This is a contract-to-hire role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm. Pay is $16-$18 DOE.
Responsibilities :
- Payroll processing
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain HR files, records and documentation
- Advise and assist with policies and procedures
- Heavy data entry
- Heaving filing - coordinate and assign files accordingly
- Perform additional clerical related duties as assigned
- Must have experience in related field
- Must be proficient in data entry - testing required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Time management
- Thoroughness
- Attire : Business casual. Nice shirt and jeans are acceptable. No T-Shirts.
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check : No Felonies / Theft / or Violence of any kind
