The HT Group is hiring a skilled Logistics Coordinator for a client in Evadale, Texas.
This long-term contract position operates on a Dupont schedule with rotating 12-hour shifts (5am-5pm, 5pm-5am), and the hourly rate starts at $20, depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run Balance Ship Report twice during shift to review for short, late, not produced, shipments.
- Provide shipping information regarding changes in loading priority.
- Receive into system all dropped trailers, intermodal, and export containers.
- Verify that rail shipments have correct information.
- Reverse route empty chemical cars.
- Move all released loaded and empty cars from track.
- Generate Invoice in SAP system for truck shipments.
- Assign containers to export shipments according to dock cut and booking information provided.
- Notify and export carrier of reject containers.
- Maintain driver log report.
- If required, reverse Shipment Cost.
- Scan BOL's.
- File Trailer Inspection forms.
- Manage emails and phone calls, review paperwork for deliveries.
- Provide inbound directions to drivers.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
