Applicants need to have Corporate Communications experience with strong attention to detail and organization as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. We're looking for a leader who can provide best practices and setup communication strategy, establish and build upon existing frameworks in order to improve and craft communication design / strategy with internal customers of the Tech & Data Department.
This role will be working closely with Customer Service and Help Desk teams regarding updates and features on O365 and other technical applications.
WORK DESCRIPTION :
Create wide variety of communications and presentations for IT business meetings, internal customer updates, project initiatives and company-wide communications.Lead change management efforts; develop communication plans and timelines.Support continuous improvement efforts with key message development and documentation.Support knowledge management processes, including :
development and review of technology knowledge base articlesdevelopment of end user training materials for technology systemsdevelopment of technology policies, processes and standard operating procedures
Create reports in response to internal requests.WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required) :
Degree in English / Journalism or related fields.Minimum
Required) : 3 years of experience in the following :
Experience working on MS Office ToolsExperience working with SharePointExperience with Organizational communications and Technical writing
