Located on the grounds of the Walker Farm Theater in picturesque Weston, Vermont, The Hub , is a 27-seat café serving lunch and dinner. The Hub is open between 11:00 AM and 10PM during the summer months, fewer days/hours during the winter. During the day, the Hub serves lunch from 11-2 and dinner from 5-8. The hallmark of the food is simple and delicious, using fresh, seasonal ingredients with an ever changing menu.

Skills and Requirements

• Operating the Hobart dishwasher
• Working with the chef to maintain a clean kitchen
• Responsible for trash and recycling removal to dumpsters
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and other kitchen equipment
• Responsible for ensuring that all dishes, cutlery and serving trays are cleaned and stocked to a sufficient level from the start of the business day until the end
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant

Experience in food service is not required. We will train. However, you must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods. Ideal candidates should be passionate about food and like to work on a team. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling, holidays, mid-week, and/or weekends. Daytime and evening shifts available.
