Duties
- Manage and organize office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Utilize software applications such as QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and data entry.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support personal assistant tasks as required by management or team leads.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or relevant field are a plus.
