Salary Range : $55,000 - $64,500
Position Summary
The Senior Creative Associate will conceptualize, design, and deliver fresh and creative visual assets to support The Hub's campaigns centered around advancing progressive economic and democratic policy. The Senior Creative Associate will work closely with The Hub's various campaigns and initiatives to produce compelling print and digital designs assets, as well as rapid-response video clips and concepts for social media. We're looking for someone who gets excited about the latest trends in graphic design, animation, and video; understands what kind of content performs well online; enjoys exploring typography, color, and composition; maintains high standards for quality and attention to detail; and has experience creating eye-catching visuals. The ideal candidate is able to jump right into our fast-moving campaigns, respond quickly to breaking news, and help us develop compelling brands.
As Senior Creative Associate, you will :
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video and design concepts for creative assets across social platforms and bring those concepts to life
- Partner with the campaign team to develop visual ad assets for multiple platforms that help meet campaign goals
- Respond quickly to breaking news with visually arresting content
- Brainstorm new approaches to creative products
- Cut and produce rapid-response videos for campaigns to meet the moment and elevate key messages in the news cycle, including clipping from TV and pulling archival video
- Capture photographs and videos of events, occasionally requiring travel
- Perform other duties as assigned

This position is in the bargaining unit and is covered under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. In accordance with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement, you are subject to a six-month probationary period beginning from your date of hire.
