Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to maintain service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent guest relations skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
