Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and check-ins efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel or resort
- Assist with guest requests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Skills
- Experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist international guests
- Knowledge of hotel or resort guest services
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong hospitality mindset with excellent phone etiquette
- Understanding of hotel management practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
