This position includes but isn't limited to:
Answering incoming phone calls
Making outbound phone calls
Talking to Parents & Helping Them With Their Questions
Sales of New Programs
Responding to emails
Creating and updating customer accounts
Modifying Documents on Word and Excel / Mac pages
Attending Weekly & Quarterly staff trainings
Basic Program and Retail Sales
Requirements:
Must be legally able to work with children
Must have reliable transportation to/from work
Must have a positive attitude
Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm
