Compensation :

85,000 - $165,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Engage with potential leads consistently to boost sales performance

Consult with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific home preferences and requirements, guiding them through the transaction process until successful closure

Emphasize the importance of continuous consultation by offering top-notch service and expert advice to foster strong client relationships and secure repeat business

Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood

Draft detailed purchase offers for buyers to streamline and expedite the closing process

Qualifications :

Strong ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities required

Must embody a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor

Proficient in MS Office / Google applications

Possession of a real estate license or the motivation to get one
