Job Description:
The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products and services offered by The Hughes Alan Group to current and new clientele within Tennessee and Kentucky. As such, they will represent The Hughes Alan Group, Inc and our services helping potential clients learn about the benefits of our services for their practice. Our clients are small independent medical clinics.
The ideal candidate is experienced in health care sales, comfortable with medical practice managers and providers, organized, patient, and hard working. He or she is an active listener. They possess thorough knowledge of the state of independent medical practices. This role requires a strong, client-focused Sales Representative who will represent our group and services with integrity and conviction.

Compensation:
- Compensation will include a generous base salary and benefits plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
- Cold calling and responding to inquiries
- Collaborate with internal partners to create strong business plans while maintaining service for existing clients.
- Monitors and analyzes data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Develop strong, positive trust, and long-term relationships with healthcare providers and practices in the target territory.
- Assesses the potential clients’ needs and promotes suitable services and solutions.
- Presents Hughes Alan services in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner; helping providers and healthcare practices understand the benefits of using our services and what services we offer that can be tailored to their needs.
- Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of activities.
- Maintains precise records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
- Two to four years of related sales experience
- Experience in healthcare field sales preferred
- Experience developing a sales territory, sales strategies, and sales systems
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel using personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
