What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coffee Stand Manager position at The Human Bean | Treasure Valley?
We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our growing teams at The Human Bean and move into a management position! We have 12 locations throughout the Treasure Valley, including Downtown Boise, Boise City, Meridian, Star, Nampa, and Caldwell.
Responsibilities
- Create an place where people are happy doing what they love and deliver a great customer experience.
- Support your team and operations to ensure profitability
- Model the core values of the company and act as a leader and role model with the team
- Manage inventory levels, product quality and set high customer service standards
- React to financials such as P&L, product mix, category sales, waste and gross margin reports to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop the team through engagement and coaching; provide honest and constructive feedback
- Ensure the achievement of sales goals, maximize efficiency and minimize loss
- Communicate respectfully and in a timely manner on key issues and messages.
- Achieve consistent, measurable results and profitability
- Provide clear direction, proactively identify challenges, monitor progress and results
- Make viable business decisions and connections for profitability based on the P&L
REQUIREMENTS
With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.
