We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide tactical guidance and leadership to the organization’s HR operations. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in recruiting and onboarding staff for a growing company, in addition to developing and overseeing organization-wide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of human resource management. This position manages recruitment, performance management, benefits and compensation, professional development, training, and employee relations, all while fostering a respectful and welcoming work environment. With Metcalf growing and expanding, a knowledge of multi-state HR compliance laws will be needed.
The ideal qualified candidate will have the following education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least five (5) years of general Human Resource experience with extensive recruiting experience, required.
- At least two (2) years of Human Resource management experience, required.
- Strong HRIS experience with proven ability to run queries & prepare analysis required.
- Ability to obtain Human Resources Management certificate (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) within one year, required; current Human Resources Management certificate, preferred.
- Class C Drivers’ License required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications below.
- Annual Bonuses based on performance (after one-year of service).
