Case Manager

Position Overview: As a Client Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients are informed and feel cared for while we handle their legal matter. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining client communication, resolving concerns, and ensuring each client receives the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and address any concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Provide detailed information about the firm’s services and processes, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Document and update client records in our case management system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the legal team, ensuring timely communication and updates on case progress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating concerns to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the firm’s services to confidently address client questions.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, client management, or a related role in a professional setting (law firm experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• A positive, professional demeanor and a client-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client management tools (experience with Clio is a plus).
