Job Description
The Huntington seeks a visionary Vice President of Facilities, Operations, and Capital Programs who provides strategic and tactical leadership for The Huntington's facilities, security, capital improvements, and operational services.
This executive-level position oversees the comprehensive management of The Huntington's physical infrastructure and ensures efficient operations to support its mission and maintain high standards for safety and excellence.
- Oversight of the physical infrastructure and upkeep
- Security and emergency planning
- Risk management and asset renewal
- Master planning and implementation of related improvements
- Centralized institutional operations and processes
This role requires a highly organized and team-oriented individual with stellar communication skills and a holistic understanding of The Huntington's people, cultural and historic significance, projects, programs, collections, and physical spaces.
The successful candidate will have extensive management experience in a complex, fast-paced organization and demonstrate a background of working directly with diverse groups using a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible approach.
