Selected candidate will be responsible for designing temperature control systems to meet plans and specifications or to fulfill negotiated agreements.

Responsibilities
- Create control schematics using AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel.
- Recognize and document exceptions to plans and specifications.
- Write sequences of operations to comply with specifications.
- Request required information from contractors and engineers.
- Design control system with priority on reducing installed cost.
- Select and order control devices.
- Develop and maintain a project archive database including but not limited to Controls Technician final As-Built information.
- Provide technical support and customer service for controls installations, programming, and graphical data for all projects.
- Receiving and handling delivery of materials.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and systems.
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Able to travel locally as required.
Education and/or Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from four-year college or university.
- 3-5 years of related Engineering experience.
