Sales Coordinator - HRS

Hunton Rental Solutions has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coordinator to support our Rental Sales division. In this newly created role, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role as the primary customer liaison, tasked with recommending solutions, generating quotes, executing inside sales and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services in alignment with customers' requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales appointments for the HRS Sales Team.
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • CRM and face-to-face customer skills to prospect and qualify leads for existing and dormant accounts, competitor accounts and new customers.
  • Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers and project viability.
  • Understand customer needs and provide information on HRS Rentals' products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of HRS Rentals to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Assist sales team in preparing and generating quotes.
  • Maintain and update customer records, rental contracts and pricing information in the CRM System.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a "serving the customer" attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Systems.
  • Ability to work well in both team and individual settings
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to close deals
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of rental industry and/or equipment preferred
  • HS Diploma required.
  • 2-4 years in a Coordinator capacity
  • Rental experience preferred
  • HVAC/Power Generation industry is a PLUS
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency computer skills required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
