The Hurlbut Nursing Home, a 160-bed skilled nursing facility located in Henrietta, NY is seeking Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team as Nurse Managers. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of assigned residents.
Full Time, Monday-Friday with weekends and off shifts, as needed. On - Call rotation

Responsibilities:.
- Administer nursing care to residents
- Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
- Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
- Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate resident medical records
- provide emotional support to residents and their family members
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on your assigned unit
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
