The Hurlbut Nursing Home , a 160 bed skilled nursing facility is seeking Registered Nurses to work in our skilled nursing facility as an Rn Supervisors (Day and Evening Shift) and additional hours are available if interested!
Full and Part Time hours are available
Responsibilities:
- RN Supervisor for the shift
- Liaison between the building and the Director of Nursing
- Other Administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
