Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and visual content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure alignment on creative direction.
- Oversee the development of creative assets such as graphics, videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the creative output.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices and strategic direction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Capable of website builds
- Ability to build and manage digitsl ads in Meta, Google, LSAs, etc....
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work across various media.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving collaborative projects.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
