As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful planning and execution of programs while developing enduring educational initiatives.
You will identify all components of assigned programs and manage details from project initiation through delivery, assuring established deadlines are met with executional excellence.
- Support client relationships across projects through an understanding of the strategy
- Liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements/reviews, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated
- Interact directly with clients, preparing and sending reports, projects to review, responding to questions and mitigating concerns
- Develop relationships with key KOL associates, assistants, and advisors
- Communicate clearly back and forth with Account Team Director/Lead to anticipate and overcome challenges with clients
- Identify meeting materials requirements and assure complete and timely arrival
- Execute and supervise the complete and accurate Audience Accumulation process
- Assure complete and satisfactory execution of post-program activities and program close-out
- Support enduring material development
- Collaborate with Meetings & Events team when planning live & virtual events
- Monitor task completion status to identify at risk project tasks
Key Skills and Qualifications
Exceeding client expectations is a must. As such we will be looking to you to demonstrate a well-developed customer service mindset.
Your effectiveness will depend on your organizational and problem-solving skills, your ability to work independently, prioritize your work, and communicate effectively.
In addition, you should have:
- 1-3 years of account/project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous direct experience in medical communications or medical advertising agency or transferrable experience
- Familiarity with Project Management platforms, especially Adobe Workfront

Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Note: Actual salary will depend on background and experience.
