Job Description:
- As an Account Director at The HWP Group, you will build and maintain strong client relationships to turn strategic objectives into business opportunities for the company.
- You will lead and drive day-to-day work in the agency, ensuring all work aligns with clients' strategies and is delivered on time and error-free.
- This position may have supervisory responsibilities in monitoring the workload of junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client brand strategy meetings and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to develop strategic content materials.
- Lead the development of Statements of Work, needs assessments, and program budgets.
- Actively monitor and track budgets against approved scopes of work.
- Stay apprised of current market trends and competition and apply knowledge to client objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of account/project management experience within a medical communications or medical advertising agency.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- High level of business acumen, financial awareness, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills.
