In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client and key opinion leader relationships, turning strategic objectives into business opportunities for HWP. You'll lead day-to-day work, ensuring all tasks align with clients' strategies, are error-free, and delivered on time and budget.
You'll participate in client brand strategy meetings, guiding internal and external stakeholders and ensuring resources developed meet strategic objectives. You'll also collaborate across departments to develop strategic content materials, including pitch slides, quarterly business reviews, and educational content.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client and key opinion leader relationships
- Lead day-to-day work, ensuring all tasks align with clients' strategies
- Develop strategic content materials, including pitch slides and educational content
- Monitor and track budgets against approved scopes of work
- Stay apprised of current market trends and competition and apply knowledge to client strategic objectives
- Assure the success of team members by participating in onboarding and training
Requirements
- 3-5 years of account/project management experience within a medical communications or medical advertising agency
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products and knowledge of regulations and program implementation procedures
- High level of business acumen, financial awareness, and negotiation skills
- Client intimacy mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills
- Proven strong interpersonal skills and the ability to participate constructively and effectively in meetings with a clear understanding of individual action items
- Proactive problem-solving skills in communications with internal teams and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Project Management platforms, especially Adobe Workfront
