Looking for an experience Custom Home Project Manager to join one of Palm Beach County's to 10 Custom Home Builders.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager
- 5 years of Luxury Single Family Home Experience
- Experience with building ground-up luxury homes in South Florida
- Ground Up and Renovation of Custom Homes
- Strong experience with ProCore, Buildertrend or MS Project
- OSHA 30
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
- Experience with site work through CO
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office product

Responsibilities
- Direct overall project execution
- Manage project milestone's
- Maintain good relationships with internal personnel, subcontractors and external clients
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Conduct quality inspections
- Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
