Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
Summary:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Chase down leads & close sale of Commercial & Residential Roofing Projects
- Build & Maintain relationships with customers.
- Qualifications
- MUST HAVE ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE
- Track record of selling & estimating Commercial/Residential Roof Projects totaling $2MM - $7MM in a 12 month period
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3 years' of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer systems.
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent solution selling skills
- Top level communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Prior roofing experience/roofing sales
Salary: Base - $50k - $60k Commissions (extra $50,000 - $150,00 )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
