As the Branch Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Tifton branch, manage and mentor a small team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, including inventory and customer service.
- Manage a small team: hiring, training, and coaching staff.
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders.
- Ensure branch meets sales and operational goals.
- Perform basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in a branch, retail, or operations management role.
- Industry experience (hydraulics or industrial supply) is a plus.
- Leadership skills and team-building mindset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Mechanical or technical knowledge preferred.
