JOB SUMMARY
Maintains database by entering new downtime events. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for inconsistencies and merging files to update outdated and incomplete data.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Working with maintenance to enter downtime events daily into teams excel file.
- Coding in the downtime.
- Working with multi-maintenance teams by department
- Compiling, Sorting, and reviewing data for errors
- Merging files
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have basic math, computer, and communication skills.
- 1-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in excel
- Proficient in teams
SKILLS
- Ability to problem solve.
- Must have basic computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively, written and oral.
- Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Teams
- Time management and attention to details
- Self-starter or self-motivated.
