A real estate license is required for this position, but you can begin without one—starting as a Listing Manager in training before progressing to full Listing Manager.

- Able to multitask and manage multiple listings, deadlines, and client needs simultaneously

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate vendors, including scheduling and overseeing professional photography, staging, cleaning, and repairs
- Prepare listings for the market, guiding the process from the initial client meeting to an active MLS listing
- Master the fundamentals of real estate best practices
- Shadow and train with experts, working alongside Listing Specialists, Chief Negotiators, and the entire team to develop real estate, sales, and business skills
Education & Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License & Certification:
- Hawaii Driver’s License (Required)
- Hawaii Real Estate License (Required, possible to start without)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
