Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Support to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and supporting staff and clients with professionalism and attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $20 to $22 per hour with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend staff meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure accurate documentation.
Oversee daily office operations, including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and supply management for the office and satellite locations.
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, data entry, faxing, scanning, and filing charts for contracted counties.
Prepare and manage reports, including biweekly TANF provider reports and daily DSS workload submissions (DSS-252, DSS-2423).
Maintain accurate and organized spreadsheets and records to support operational needs.
Utilize WATS-SAAM applications proficiently and adhere to all timeframe notification procedures.
Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in a SAAM (Substance Abuse and Mental Health) setting.
