Join our team as a Customer Services Representative II , where you will play a key role in providing product and service information while resolving client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Full-Time Hybrid (Remote & In-Office After Training)
Pay : $20 / hour
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients, attorneys, and claimants.
- Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including selecting the appropriate reviewer.
- Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information.
- Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed.
- Retrieve and review medical records from the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) website.
- Address and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with sales leads and ensure accurate billing for translation / transportation services.
