IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Site Director that will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical research activities at assigned sites. This role involves direct supervision of Clinical Research Staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Our Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services. Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.

Job Description:
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Site Director that will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical research activities at assigned sites. This role involves direct supervision of Clinical Research Staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical research activities, ensuring efficiency and quality services.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director on study management.
- Conduct protocol feasibility assessments and collaborate on budget creation.
- Manage participant recruitment, enrollment, study visits, and regulatory compliance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical research staff.
- Evaluate techniques for quality control, perform annual performance appraisals, and provide feedback.
- Facilitate regular meetings, training sessions, and communication among staff.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree, RN, Nurse Practitioner license, PA-C, CCRC, or CCRP certification preferred.
- Experience: Clinical trial experience with a strong understanding of the industry and hands-on experience conducting clinical trials required. Management experience with a proven ability to oversee multiple employees is preferred.
