Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of tests performed.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.

Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend improvements.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-
Support team members and partake in quality, safety and continuous improvement training sessions.

Communicate any quality or safety issues to supervisors/managers and assist in resolving them.

Participate in white belt training sessions and other lean activities.

Participate in safety related activities, including, but not limited to:
-
Assist in organizing and stocking PPE, first aid, and safety supplies

Assist in managing vendor visitation and restocks
-
Check AED, eyewash, and other safety locations
-
Support hazardous communication activities

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in a related field.

Basic understanding of quality control/safety principles and methodologies.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The national pay range for this role is $19.23 to $24.00/hourly. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
