Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Planner based in Marietta, GA. While the position is primarily on-site, the Events team offers flexible work-from-home (WFH) days when clients are not in the office, based on scheduling needs, generally one day a week can be a flex day.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for :
- Managing day-to-day office visits for TV and Radio clients.
- Coordinating VIP recruiting office visits.
- Overseeing budget and cost management across the Events team.
- Managing registration builds and processes using Cvent.
A successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive as a collaborative team player. They should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and seeking input from team members to meet deadlines.
