$120,000 OTE
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems to enhance team efficiency.
- Oversee transaction coordination from contract to closing, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
- Manage and optimize databases, CRM systems, and lead management tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including social media management, website updates, and campaign coordination.
- Coordinate and execute high-level events with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and administrative functions.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and drive initiatives that enhance team performance.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members as the company grows.
- Real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms, social media, and office tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
- Ability to work flexibly, including some weekends, to support business needs.
- Must reside within 10-20 minutes of Calabasas for in-person team meetings.
- A “can-do” attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks to drive results.
