Role Description
This is a full-time 9-12 month on-site Counseling Internship role located in Lone Tree, CO at The Incite Center LLC. The Counseling Intern will be responsible for the following:
- Manage & maintain a caseload of 9-12 patients.
- Daily completion of treatment notes.
- Attend weekly individual supervision. (1 hr.)
- Attend group supervision meetings. Prepare and Present Case Conceptualization. (1.5 hrs)
- Attend Incite training and development meetings (bi-weekly)
- Implement and facilitate group therapy.
Qualifications
- Counseling skills and experience
- Therapy session management and treatment planning skills
- Client assessment and progress evaluation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mental health practices and ethics
- Enrollment in or completion of a Counseling or Psychology degree program
