Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of orders within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail warehouse operations and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety practices.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Provide support to warehouse supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in receiving new product and processing for the warehouse.
• Assist in pick operations for local store replenishment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform lifting (up to 30 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
