The Indigo, a unique spa & salon designed by Hilton Head Health is seeking a Part- time Spa Receptionist. This person will be primarily responsible for greeting guests, booking appointments, maintaining an organized and clean atmosphere, creating a relaxing environment for guests. Salon or spa experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math
- Experience with retail sales and stocking
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to perform merchandising and product demonstrations
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and retail sales.
- Maintain inventory levels by stocking products and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Provide product demonstrations and share knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and communication throughout all interactions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 30 per week
