- Has 5 years of experience leading high-volume restaurants, preferably with a Japanese focus.
- Is passionate about food and beverage, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to sourcing the best local ingredients.
- Excels at building and developing teams, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Is a strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of navigating challenges and driving results.
- Is eager to engage with the Greenville community, building relationships with local vendors, businesses, and farms.
- Is looking for a change of pace and a chance to make a real impact.
- Lead with passion and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Nurture staff development and create a positive, high-performing culture.
- Engage with local vendors and farms to source the highest quality products.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Become an integral part of the Greenville community, participating in volunteer and charitable initiatives.

- At least 5 years of successful restaurant management
- Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with an excellent record of restaurant management
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow leaders, managers, employees, and all guests
- Strong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays [about 55 to 60 hours a week]
- Ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting
