We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Team Lead to lead our engineering team in the design and implementation of innovative solutions. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Develop and review schematics and technical documentation for various engineering projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in existing systems and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee the use of vision inspection systems to maintain quality control throughout the production process.
- Utilize SolidWorks and MicroStation for designing mechanical components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering designs with other departments.
- Mentor team members in technical skills, including fabrication techniques and software applications such as Perl and Revit.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all engineering processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a strong background in system design.
- Proficiency in using SolidWorks, MicroStation, Perl, and Revit for engineering tasks is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving through root cause analysis.
- Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
