About the role
The Account Manager role serves as a center of excellence for post-sale programs, which include newsletter sponsorships, live and virtual events, and custom programs. The Account Manager acts as a client advocate and works with internal departments to ensure that client expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate is articulate, highly organized, resourceful, and a problem solver.
Responsibilities :
- Working with the Sales Team to accurately and effectively activate post-sales campaigns
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and drive renewal through the successful management of campaigns
- Serving as the main POC in delivering on clients' objectives and KPIs, successfully coordinating end-to-end execution and optimization of client campaigns
- Leveraging knowledge of the client, industry, and The Information to identify solutions to overcome client challenges and encourage renewals strategically
- Working across departments to foresee obstacles and proactively ensure the success of programs
- Leading all client communications for post-sale execution to include details on campaign timing, assets, and contracts.
- Developing and presenting recommendations and POVs that drive innovation for the business
