What Position Is In Store Next
The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with store operations, including but not limited to, revenue, safety, security, customer service and state and federal compliance.

The Assistant General Manager will have a passion for career advancement, a background in customer service and a reputation for being a self-starter. The Assistant General Manager will report directly to the Regional Director and will be guided by the General Manager.

The pay range for this role is $14.50-$16.50. This role is eligible to receive an ucapped
MONTHLY performance-based bonus.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Ensure the store is open and closed and secured each business day.Meet and exceed sale objectives through unit rentals, insurance protection and retail sales of other in-store productsMaintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.Foster an environment of accountability for customer service; resolves customer concerns, work order and repair requests.Securely manages payments and processing, handles cash and balances receipts. and the delivery of bank deposits accurately and timely.Manage the security of company assets, functionality and repair of company equipment and cleanliness of company grounds.Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed in a timely and efficient manner.Assist with General Manager with auction process, including but not limited to, handling collection calls and notices, preparing for auctions, buyer pay out process and preparing the unit for new tenants.Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or EquivalentValid Driver's License with reliable transportationStrong ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to problem solving and conflict resolutions skillsAbility to regularly perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse environmental conditions, weather, noise extremes and chemical, debris and traffic hazardsPhysical Requirements
Must be able to diagnose building issues, repairs, and / or maintenance.Must be physically able toclimb laddersbend, or perform repairs / cleaningchange light bulbschange latcheschange air filtersclean units, and prepare for new rentalswalk propertyempty garbagelift garage doorsMust be able to operate machinery such as a metal grinder, leaf blower, shoveling, etc.Cut locks with grinderblow leaves off drive isles, pick up and dispose ofMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.carry ladder around property for maintenancelift items left around property and dispose oflift cases of locks and other merchandise delivered to propertyDesired Qualifications
