What Position Is In Store Next
The General Manager will manage all aspects of the store operations, including but not limited to, store revenue, safety, security, customer service and state and federal compliance.
Where You'll Be
- This position is on-site with a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday

The pay range for this role is $18.50-$21.00. This role is eligible to receive a MONTHLY uncapped performance-based bonus.
Who You Are
The General Manager will have a passion for customer service, a background in lease management or a similar field and a reputation for being goal orientated. The General Manager will report directly to the Regional Director.

Salary Range : $18.50 - $21.00 hourly (Eligibility to participate in the company incentive bonus program). This pay range is based on a consideration of neutral factors and criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, and other job related requirements.
Inland reserves the right to offer the selected candidate or applicant an hourly rate or salary at an appropriate level to be set and determined by the employer that is commensurate with the applicant's qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, or seniority.
