Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with various medical conditions, using evidence-based practices and protocols
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity
- Participate in peer review, quality improvement, and education initiatives to advance medical knowledge and practice standards
Requirements:
- Active M.D. or D.O. license in New York State
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Active DEA license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
