Join our thriving healthcare team in Longview, TX as a Family Medicine Physician! We offer a supportive, community-focused environment with an opportunity for a 4.5-day work week and weekends off.
Position Highlights:
- Guaranteed base salary with multiple avenues to earn bonuses
- 4.5-day work week available (Part-time options also offered)
- Manageable workload with an average of 17 patients/day
- Loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Call schedule: Phone triage every 7 weeks

Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
- Eligible for or active TX license
- Leadership experience a plus
- Spanish-speaking a plus but not required
