Job Description
This is a broad scope family medicine practice providing care in the clinic, hospital, and emergency department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including regular locum physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in the clinic, hospital, and emergency department.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Participate in monthly nursing home visits and other community outreach initiatives.
