**We're Looking for a Skilled Child Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist**
As a Child Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist at The Inline Group, you will play a vital role in the evaluation and monitoring of the psychiatric and medical needs of assigned patients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote the overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and monitoring the psychiatric and medical needs of assigned patients, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and communicating effectively with patients and their families to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess a MD or DO degree, along with completed accredited residency in general psychiatry. Residency in child/adolescent psychiatry is highly desirable, as is Board Eligibility/Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. in both general and child/adolescent psychiatry when applicable. A minimum of 5 years clinical experience in child/adolescent psychiatry is also preferred, along with experience working with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents.
