- Compensation : Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on experience, through the interview process. The compensatory range will be discussed based on the candidate's desire to perform deliveries. -$215k-$300k, depending on if the provider is performing OB and GYN services -Productivity bonuses also available

DETAILS : -This position is centered around OBGYN procedures. However, If you're passionate about women's health and prefer to concentrate on gynecological care without the high volume of deliveries, this role can be tailored for you.-No hospital call responsibilities for those not wanting to perform deliveries-If candidates do desire to do deliveries, this is available -Once providers have established patient care, they may remotely close patient notes from homeQUALIFICATIONS : -Understand FQHC medicine and the population we serve-EPIC EMR experience desired but not required-BE / BC, new grads accepted
