Our cardiology group currently consists of four physicians, two advanced practice providers, and multiple RN’s and MA’s. Biweekly schedule - 3 days in Chesterton / 2 days in Michigan City - 3 days in LaPorte / 2 days in Michigan City Travel to outreach locations
